Today I have been a missionary for 11 months. How crazy! The weeks are starting to fly by.
Saturday we had a meeting in Lagarto. The men met with President Gomes (The Mission President) and the women with Sister Gomes. She talked a lot about the organizations of the Church. It was really awesome, especially here where there are only branches.
I finished Mormon this week in the Book of Mormon and I wanted to share this verse:
"And if there were miracles wrought then, why has God ceased to be a God of miracles and yet be an unchangeable Being? And behold, I say unto you he changeth not; if so he would cease to be God; and he ceaseth not to be God, and is a God of miracles." Mormon
9:19
I thought that was an awesome scripture. Truly our Heavenly Father is a God of miracles. He always wrought miracles, and always will. Look for the miracles this week and you´ll be sure to see a few!
